Alyssa Christian is an Associate in the Firm’s Business Law Practice Group.
Alyssa focuses her practice on counseling clients on general business issues, including organization and formation, corporate governance, and financing.
A graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law, Alyssa completed the Technology Commercialization Curricular Program. She also earned a B.S. in marketing from King’s College. During law school, she served as a senior research associate for the Innovation Law Center and the New York State Science and Technology Law Center, evaluating client technologies and creating due diligence reports regarding intellectual property, regulatory, and commercialization issues. Alyssa also worked as a student attorney for the Transactional Law Clinic at Syracuse where she worked on various trademark matters and counseled clients on general business and not-for-profit issues.
