Joseph Ross is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, where he represents clients in all aspects of the defense process and is skilled in strategic defense of complex, multi-party, multi-claims actions.
Joseph is experienced in risk mitigation compliance guidance in environmental, E&O, and professional liability matters. He has worked extensively on matters involving ground contamination, underground storage that included insurance issues as well as multi-party, excess/umbrella policy questions, and coverage disputes. Joseph has also handled matters involving the Spill Act and CERCLA.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Joseph worked for a national financial and business litigation law firm. He also has worked for the New Jersey Department of Children and Families as an Attorney Regulatory Officer.
Joseph is a graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law and served as a compliance and litigation paralegal at the Philadelphia Housing Authority. After graduating from law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Joseph F. Kameen and Judge Gregory H. Chelak. Joseph received his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University.
