Posted on August 19th, 2015

Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has launched More Than Your Mark, a blog providing insights on emerging areas in intellectual property law to help business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals protect their brand and market competitively within the confines of developing law. Danielle M. DeFilippis, an attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property law group, will author the blog.

“NMM’s IP Law Blog will provide insights on more than just your trademark. Intellectual Property law is constantly evolving, and this blog will provide an interactive forum through which we are able to provide updates on developing law, thoughts on emerging issues in the market, and perspective on licensing, branding, labeling and other concepts affecting today’s businesses,” said DeFilippis.
