Managing Risk: Minimize, Monitor, and Control

Jeanne M. Hamburg, a Member of the law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., will be a panelist at the 2019 Specialty Food Business Summit hosted by the Specialty Food Association in Chicago.  The panel is entitled “Managing Risk: Minimize, Monitor, and Control,” and will present a myriad of ways to minimize legal exposure through contracts, proper trademark clearance, registration and use, food labeling, insurance, and certifications.  The Summit, which takes place April 7-9, also features sessions in strategic planning, brand positioning, data-driven selling, shopper marketing, purpose-driven leadership, and maximizing profit.
