David Vozza to Present at Onondaga County Medical Society’s Ask the Carriers Conference

David N. Vozza, a Member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., will present “How to Deal with Difficult Patients” at the Ask the Carriers Conference on Thursday, May 9, 2:35 – 3:05 p.m., at the Syracuse Holiday Inn in Liverpool, New York. The all-day event, hosted by the Onondaga County Medical Society, gives physicians and their staff an opportunity to ask questions of local insurance carrier representatives and to learn about their new policies or programs. Many local vendors and organizations of interest to physicians and their staff will be onsite as well.

Vozza defends health care professionals in connection with disciplinary and regulatory actions before federal and state agencies, private and government payor audits, civil and criminal fraud investigations, hospital and privileges disputes, and general healthcare litigation in both federal and state courts. He also regularly defends health care professionals before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and the Office of Professional Discipline. Vozza frequently lectures at hospitals throughout New York State regarding medical fraud, regulatory agencies, professional licensure, and medical documentation. He earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.A. from the State University of New York, Stony Brook.
