Frederick Stellato Elected to Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley Board of Directors

Posted on November 11th, 2015

Frederick J. Stellato, a Member of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has been elected to the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley Board of Directors. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2007 to 2009. The foundation is dedicated to supporting quality of life for children diagnosed with cancer in the greater Lehigh Valley and their families, as well as long-term survivorship and bereavement programs.

“Recently, a friend had to endure the news that his toddler son has cancer. This reminded me that no family should have to fight childhood cancer alone, and renewed my desire to help in that fight,” said Stellato.

Stellato is a trial attorney who handles many types of civil and commercial litigation matters. He has tried at least 65 cases to verdict, both jury and non-jury, in the areas of products liability, general liability, and professional liability, as well as commercial disputes. Stellato practiced in Philadelphia for 19 years before returning home to the Lehigh Valley to join the firm. He founded the F.C. Sonic Lehigh Valley, a minor league soccer team in the National Premier Soccer League, and served as its President and CEO from 2007 to 2011. He serves on the Board of Trustees for ArtsQuest, Inc. Stellato earned his J.D. from Georgetown University in 1982 and his B.A., cum laude, from Lehigh University in 1979.
