Graham Simmons Presents NorCo Bar CLE

S. Graham Simmons, a Member of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., will present “Choosing the Right Corporate Entity” at the Northampton County Bar Association (NCBA) 2017 Lunch Lecture Series on Wednesday, September 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the NCBA office in Easton. The program, which has been approved for one substantive CLE credit, will focus on the basic track program aimed at younger attorneys and those just trying to brush up on their corporate skills.

A resident of the Easton area, Simmons practices primarily in the areas of business law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and land use, banking and financial services, and health care law.  He has been recognized in Philadelphia Magazine as a Rising Star, a distinction for lawyers aged 40 and under or who have been practicing for less than 10 years, and reserved for no more than 2.5% of all attorneys in Pennsylvania.   He was honored in 2013 as one of the Lehigh Valley Business’s Top 40 Under 40, which recognizes young professionals who exhibit talent and promise and who have a well-documented track record of achievements in business.  Simmons serves as Solicitor to the City of Easton Parking Authority and the Northampton County Gaming Revenue and Economic Redevelopment Authority. Simmons is an active member of College Hill Presbyterian Church, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Valley YMCA, and the Greater Easton Development Partnership currently serving as President of the GEDP. Simmons earned his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Villanova University School of Law in 2004 and his B.A. from Roanoke College in 2001.
