Immigration Attorney William C. Menard Recognized by the New Jersey Law Journal as a “New Leader of the Bar”

William C. Menard, a Member of the law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has been recognized as one of the “New Leaders of the Bar” in the 2021 New Jersey Law Journal’s Legal Awards.

Menard is an immigration law and deportation defense attorney. He represents individual and corporate clients in all facets of immigration law and has appeared on behalf of clients in deportation proceedings throughout the country. Menard has represented clients before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, immigration courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. He has completed and advised on permanent residence visas and various temporary visas for clients from around the globe.

He earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2012 and his B.A. in Government at Claremont McKenna College in 2009.
