Norris McLaughlin, P.A. Presents Employee Handbook Workshop

Bridgewater, NJ (October 15, 2010) – The Labor & Employment Group at Bridgewater-based law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A. will present a breakfast workshop on employee handbooks on Wednesday, October 20, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at its Bridgewater office.

In this workshop, the Norris McLaughlin, P.A. Labor & Employment Group will review the nuts and bolts of how a company should create and maintain an employee handbook. This useful and informative workshop is designed for human resources professionals, in-house counsel, business owners, and others responsible for managing employees. The panel of speakers will present on the following topics: Common Mistakes and Pitfalls, Practical Considerations; The “Must Have” Policies; and Customizing, Finalizing and Distributing Your Handbook. Speakers will include Patrick Collins, Chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Group.
