Norris McLaughlin Ranked Tier 1 in Media Law International 2021

Posted on March 10th, 2021

The law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., is pleased to announce that it has been ranked in the Media Law International (MLI) 2021 United States Tier 1 List, the comprehensive guide of leading media law firms and practitioners across 56 global jurisdictions.

“We are proud to have advanced from Tier 2 to Tier 1 in the space of just one year. We said last year that we hoped the first MLI ranking was just the start of public recognition of our outstanding media law team, and we plan on continuing to always strive for excellence,” said Jeanne Hamburg, one of the primary attorneys involved in the firm’s Sports, Media & Entertainment Law Industry Group, who led the effort to achieve a ranking in its first-ever submission last year and again this year. Hamburg is also Chair of the firm’s Internet Law Practice Group.

About Media Law International

MLI publications focus exclusively on media law, providing coverage of legal and business sectors around the world, dedicated solely to the examination of the legal media practice through producing rankings, industry insight, coverage of trends, and global legal perspectives.

To determine inclusion in the rankings, MLI distributed research questionnaires to all participating firms. To ensure the research was extensive and objective, they also conducted interviews with partners, in-house counsel, clients, and other legal service buyers to discuss legal and economic developments, legislative changes, rankings, and firm progress. This allows MLI to accurately represent each jurisdiction under review. For more information, including the methodology, visit medialawinternational.com.
