Tallman, Hudders & Sorrentino Continues to Expand After Merger with Norris McLaughlin, P.A.

Allentown, PA (August 18, 2009) – Tallman, Hudders & Sorrentino, P.C., the Pennsylvania office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., is pleased to announce that Richard B. Somach of Somach & Wester has joined the firm as a Member of the Banking, Real Estate, and Creditors’ Rights Groups. Somach brings with him two paralegals, Michelle Sandone and Kim M. Boyer.

“The addition of Somach to the firm is part of our continued commitment as a firm to grow in the Lehigh Valley. The combined experience that Somach and his team bring to the firm will help solidify our real estate and banking practices in Pennsylvania,” said Matt Sorrentino, Managing Partner of Tallman, Hudders & Sorrentino.

Somach, a resident of Allentown, focuses his practice on real estate, commercial law, and creditor’s remedies, representing real estate development companies, shopping centers, and local banks. He has an established title insurance and settlement company, ABE Settlement Services, to creatively serve client needs.

Somach is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lehigh County Bar Association, where he served as President in 1992. He serves as Assistant Lehigh County Solicitor, advising the Sheriff’s Office, the Tax Assessment Office and the Tax Claim Bureau.

Somach earned his J.D. from Hofstra University Law School in 1974 and his B.A., with honors, from Lehigh University in 1971. He frequently writes and lectures on real estate matters, sheriff sales and tax sales.
