  • Negotiate, draft agreements, and provide copyright counsel for the oldest publisher of Jewish content and the largest and most diverse Jewish media organization in North America.
  • Negotiate and draft global publishing and merchandising agreements, advise on trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement actions, and prosecute and defend trademark oppositions abroad on behalf of two companies holding trademarks and copyrights for the works of famous children’s book author.
  • Content review for potential copyright infringement or claims of libel in manuscripts for multiple book authors/novelists. Our work involved extensive content review and recommendations for editorial revision.
  • Representation of world-famous UK-Based artist in trademark applications and right of publicity claims.
