Coleen Middleton is a member of the firm and concentrates her practice in litigation and investigations.
Coleen works with clients and individuals on litigation involving personal injury, real estate, appellate and commercial matters. She has served as general counsel for corporate and healthcare industry clients and as a litigation consultant for law firms nationwide. Prior to joining the firm, Coleen served as in-house general counsel for a global PPE distributor and a durable medical equipment company where she provided strategic advice to corporate leadership on Medicare and other healthcare regulatory matters. She also regularly prepared, reviewed, and negotiated vendor, customer and other third-party contracts and oversaw the company’s corporate compliance program.
Additionally, Coleen has experience representing companies in investigations and white-collar criminal matters and has worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in New Jersey and as a First Associate Commissioner with the New York City Department of Investigation in the public corruption unit.
Coleen earned her J.D. from the New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Princeton University. Upon graduating from law school, she served as a judicial law clerk for United States District Judge Rebecca Beach Smith in the Eastern District of Virginia.
